– You must provide accurate and verifiable information during signup.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
– Any activity performed through your account is deemed authorized by you unless reported immediately.

You agree NOT to use Kanohost Ltd services for:
– Hosting or distributing malware, phishing, hacking tools, or spam.
– Illegal financial schemes, Ponzi schemes, unlicensed crypto investments, or fraudulent activity.
– Child exploitation, revenge content, or defamation.
– Abusive domain registration patterns, bulk spam domains, or deceptive redirects.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice if it violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
=== 4. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION & OWNERSHIP ===
– Domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis via accredited registries.
– You are solely responsible for ensuring your domain does not infringe on trademarks or third-party rights.
– Expired domains may enter grace or redemption periods depending on registry policy.
– Newly registered or transferred domains may be locked for up to 60 days in accordance with ICANN rules.
=== 5. PAYMENTS & PRICING ===
– All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
– Prices may change due to registry updates or currency fluctuations.
– Taxes, where applicable, may be added based on jurisdiction.
=== 6. REFUNDS ===
Refunds are only available where explicitly offered (e.g. domain registration failure, hosting setup failure). No refunds will be granted for:
– Successful domain renewals or transfers.
– Services terminated due to abuse or violation of these Terms.
=== 7. SERVICE SUSPENSION & TERMINATION ===
We may suspend or terminate any account or service if:
– Payment is overdue.
– Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected.
– Unreasonable disputes or chargebacks are raised.
Kanohost Ltd reserves the right to apply a reactivation fee for services suspended due to non-payment or abuse before restoration.
Data may be immediately deleted upon termination with no recovery guarantee.
=== 8. RESELLER USAGE ===
– If you resell our services (including via WHMCS or API), you are responsible for your clients’ compliance.
– Abuse originating from your sub-users may lead to full account restriction.
=== 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ===
Kanohost Ltd shall not be liable for:
– Loss of income, data, business, or reputation.
– Downtime caused by force majeure, registry failures, network issues, or third-party providers.
Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid to us within the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanohost Ltd from any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses resulting from:

– This Agreement shall be governed by applicable international regulations and, where relevant, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
– Disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 (Nigeria).
– If arbitration fails, the matter shall be brought before a competent court of jurisdiction.
